Large "tech" company that could probably provide some good experience, especially for those who cannot compete with the FAANG NPCs.
Epic has a terrible Talent Acquisition Team. They post a job in every city in the US so maybe you will take their bait and be required to work in Nowheresville, WI.
Half of the job postings I see on LinkedIn are from Epic for the same position, creating a huge inconvenience for all job hunters.
Figure out the HR BS ASAP, you selfish tools.

Phonescreen which was more of a behavioral. It asked what I was looking for in my job search as well as past experiences. Went straight to power day after, which was around 4 hours. Several presentations and two technicals: one system design/database
