Great for students, not so great for employees
Great pay, allowing for growth in a lot of areas and soft skills. An excellent place to begin work right out of college.
Transferable skills, even for developers, are close to none. Probably the only company in the world to use this tech stack. Transitioning to another job will be difficult coming from Epic.
Reduce complexity to improve agility. Work is severely slowed by unnecessary red tape.

Phonescreen which was more of a behavioral. It asked what I was looking for in my job search as well as past experiences. Went straight to power day after, which was around 4 hours. Several presentations and two technicals: one system design/database
