HR call -> Phone call -> OA -> VO. It has only one round of tech interview and several online assessments. The OA was pretty hard and required math and some other tech skills.
There was a background check in the phone interview last year, and then a skills test in which they give a programming test. It has 5 questions. You have to write the pseudocode in any language.
