Pros

Good food. You can probably get your own office space. I guess campus is big/"fancy" (but like, really, who cares how much budget they sink into it? Walking around takes a lot of time.)

Cons

Very stringent against WfH, at least pre-COVID. The expectation is to work you like a mule though, regardless of the difficulty of assignments or the config issues/old stack you're grappling with. You really have to be very into what you're doing (and probably dedicating your life to it, as if) to last, as they'll systematically push you out around the 1-2 year mark.

Basically, it's great for old-timers who've been there basically forever and know the codebase like the back of their hands. As for new folks: do your time, then get out and find somewhere you'd like (most of you).

Advice to Management

Well, management is basically just the CEO calling shots. But if I had to describe the efficiency and efficacy of new hires & turnover rate as an algorithm, it'd probably be exponential time and space complexity.
