Good food. You can probably get your own office space. I guess campus is big/"fancy" (but like, really, who cares how much budget they sink into it? Walking around takes a lot of time.)
Very stringent against WfH, at least pre-COVID. The expectation is to work you like a mule though, regardless of the difficulty of assignments or the config issues/old stack you're grappling with. Basically, it's great for old-timers who've been there basically forever and know the codebase like the back of their hands. As for new folks: do your time, then get out and find somewhere you'd like (most of you).
Well, management is basically just the CEO calling shots. But if I had to describe the efficiency and efficacy of new hires & turnover rate as an algorithm, it'd probably be exponential time and space complexity.
30-minute phone interview and a 4-step skills test. The phone interview is a back-and-forth about items on your resume, with an extra discussion about what the interviewer does at the company and their experience.
Online application, then a phone screening and an online assessment, which was 2 hours and proctored. This included a coding assessment (DSA type questions), a logic portion, a 2-minute question, and a mock interview portion.
Applied on their website. Pretty smooth process to upload documents and apply for similar jobs. Was not selected for an interview, but I've heard interviews are tough. Great campus and good compensation, I've heard from this company.
