The tendency at Epic is to encourage employees to work too much, with a high turnover and few employees lasting more than two years. While the compensation is good, Epic is known for burning out new graduates.
While top management is by far the best in the area, middle management is often lacking when it comes to supporting the company's philosophy and making employees feel valued for their contributions.
