You will be worked to death. I think their main thing is getting people right out of college so they have no idea of what it is like to work at a company that gives a crap about work-life balance. Of course, as an SD, you can't expect much there, but Epic absolutely doesn't care about work-life balance, then pays you to keep you shackled.
