You will be worked to death. I think their main thing is getting people right out of college so they have no idea of what it is like to work at a company that gives a crap about work-life balance. Of course, as an SD, you can't expect much there, but Epic absolutely doesn't care about work-life balance, then pays you to keep you shackled.

Turnover this high isn't normal.

Require working fewer hours, require something less than going to the office for 50 hours a week.

All this money means nothing if I'm miserable and depressed because my waking hours are 95% work and 5% indulging to forget that I have to do it all again tomorrow or Monday.

There's a reason why Google has higher reviews than you do, because they treat their employees as more than cogs to crush into form.
