Pay is good for people entering or re-entering the workforce.
Cafeteria and food services are good quality and relatively inexpensive, considering how far the company is located from the city.
Very long hours. High pressure. Obsolete software makes it very hard to find a job afterwards. Culture of each leader blaming those underneath them.
Team leads should have accountability and not be allowed to be the only contact between teams and the rest of the company.
