No work-life balance. People will need to work on weekends sometimes as well.
Not allowed to work from home. Very little vacation compared to other companies.
Work is boring and not challenging as a developer. The technology they are using is very old, which is not good for future career.
Don't expect employees to work overtime. Be clear with your expectations.
