They gave a test that asks a bunch of questions, from basic math problems to coding challenges. While you take the test, your screen is being recorded, and you have to turn on your camera to make sure that you are not cheating during the test.

Phone interview with a staff member, and then a technical interview that lasted about an hour or two for me. It included sections about math, testing how you learn, and coding technical questions.

Very lengthy. Two cultural interviews, an online proctored exam. I didn't make it past that point. The exam felt like a standardized test in school and it was proctored remotely by a separate company. The proctor kept interrupting to ask about sound
