Process
4 interviews in 2 rounds, plus 2 recruiter screenings at the beginning of each round. The process was remote.
- First round: hiring manager interview (45 minutes) and hands-on technical exercise (60 minutes)
- Second round: behavioural interview (60 minutes) and machine learning system design (60 minutes)
Interviews content was standard for these kinds of processes. Really nice interviewers with a collaborative, positive attitude. However, expect a high bar on the company decision.
The experience was positive, and I received valuable feedback after the process.
Questions
The technical hands-on interview was an exercise about data preprocessing and ML inference in Python on a pair programming platform.
