Pros: There are a lot of good practices to learn from that have already been established.
Cons: Principals, Seniors, and even level 3 engineers seem to be leaving in droves due to low confidence in leadership and the business as a whole.
As a result, many juniors are being thrust into roles beyond their experience, and management as a whole is making more and more dangerous decisions.
