I was invited to complete a HackerRank challenge for a new grad position.
After that, I was invited for an on-site group interview day.
I completed three rounds of interviews, which I thought were very easy.
Weeks later, I was told that my technical skills weren't up to par.
Based on my conversations with other candidates following the interviews, they asked everyone the same questions. I performed at the same level or better than the others.
They must have extremely high expectations or not many open positions.
