The hiring process was very simple and straightforward. I had a phone screen interview and then was called onsite for four one-on-one interviews. The interviews were very simple, all related to Java and web concepts, with a few whiteboard questions. I interviewed with four different teams.

One interviewer was very friendly; he made sure I was comfortable and offered breaks.

On the other hand, one other interviewer asked strange questions. I am not sure if he was prepared with all of them. While I was answering, he was doing work on his laptop, which I am sure was not related to the interview. His questions were unconventional, and he himself was not sure what he wanted to ask.

The other two interviews were simple, and no out-of-the-box questions were asked.

There weren't any difficult questions, but there were some unexpected questions from one of the interviewers.
