The process took almost three months from start to finish.
The interview day was long, with no breaks given. Candidates were seen back-to-back, six in total.
It then took almost a month to be told there was no offer. I was informed a few times that a decision hadn't been made yet. Granted, it was over the holiday season, but the team didn't seem to have their act together.

Pros: 1. Nice and helpful teammates.
2. Awesome mentor program.
3. Great benefits and compensation.
4. Open to open-source technology.
5. Caring Day and Volunteer Day are good.
Cons: 1. Management is in chaos, with frequent reorganizations.
2. Promotions are not fair.
3. Some teams are very pushy, and work-life balance in these teams is a nightmare.
4. Tech infrastructure is not stable.

Pros: Awesome place to work with a great work-life balance.
The company really encourages personal development as well.
Great people to work with.
Join Expedia if you want to have fun working on some of the most interesting problems and actually want to contribute to building something awesome.
Cons: Pay can be just a sliver less than some of the other companies in the area. But this is a non-issue due to the great work culture.

Pros: Great culture, great upper management, and great work-life balance. Teams are run as small units, which gives them autonomy to choose their own tools and technologies.
Cons: In Bellevue. Moving to Seattle in the next couple of years.
