First round: coding a problem statement in Java.
Then, a review of that code by a senior engineer. A lot of Java questions and some Java-specific modifications to the code were discussed.
Then, a round with the Manager.
The Bangalore management is extremely unprofessional. The Bangalore HR department is aggressive and unprofessional, acting as if they are gods. Although I had a good experience interacting with the techies and technical managers, the negotiation discussion with HR was useless.
The Head of Technology told me they wanted to hire me. I asked for an update a couple of times, but they didn't answer.
They don't value feedback or a candidate's time and effort. I think Expedia Bangalore is very political and extremely unprofessional at best. The HR people made the interview experience worse. Please do not attend their interviews; you might end up losing your precious time and career with them. I highly recommend avoiding these people and this company.
