I applied for the Software Development Engineer III role via LinkedIn. I was later contacted by an Expedia internal recruiter and invited to an initial Zoom call. The interviewer did not show up and emailed me, stating they had an emergency, so the interview was rescheduled.

This time, the interviewer did not show up again. I emailed them to confirm whether they were still able to join and was told they were off sick. The interview was rescheduled again.

The third time, the interviewer did not show up again. I emailed them and waited for 15 minutes. After that, I emailed them again, stating that I had waited and they had not shown up, and concluded that the role was no longer open. I did not receive any reply.

This behavior is unprofessional and, frankly, quite pathetic.

There were no interview questions as the Expedia recruiter did not show up for the interview.
