Call with recruiter, followed by a HackerRank assessment which I cleared. Then an onsite interview. The company did not even pay for ground transportation for the onsite. The onsite comprised of four 1-hour rounds. Two of these were coding rounds featuring extremely unoriginal questions. In one, an inexperienced SDE2 interviewer essentially read a LeetCode easy/medium question verbatim, including examples. The other coding interview presented a couple of questions that seemed to be designed to test handling of edge cases for problems that required no independent thought. It was unclear what aspect of real-world software engineering they were trying to evaluate.
Pretty basic stuff, like reversing an LL and traversing it, or sorting a stack. These are things an out-of-college student could answer without thinking twice.
