Process
Internal referral. Contacted by a recruiter almost immediately.
First round phone interview with a developer (typing code into a Google Doc). The interviewer specifically asked me to code in C++, which was unusual since I indicated my preference was Java.
One week later, I was asked to fly out for an onsite interview (expenses paid).
There were four interviewers, with each interview lasting 45 minutes.
Questions
Surprisingly, I got some pointer math and C++ syntax that I wasn't prepared for.

Pros: Great people to work with, amazing work-life balance. The pay and benefits are amazing as well. There are numerous nerf wars during the day, a very collaborative environment where engineers are almost always willing to help others solve problems. The product owners work closely with the engineers to bring new features to the site quickly.
Cons: As with all companies, there is some political crap to deal with and some big personalities. If you get on the wrong person's bad side, you can be alienated and outcast.

Pros: Excellent travel benefits.
Great working environment.
Good team fit.
Management is flexible and allows working from home.
My manager does not micro-manage me.
Cons: Processes can sometimes be cumbersome and delay required action. Many tools are antiquated and no longer supported. Some products lack required documentation.

Pros: Rotation Program for an employee to have a chance to switch careers.
Benefits are industry standard, but on the medium tier.
Cons: Education reimbursement is on a boss-approval basis. If your boss does not support it, you pay for your education out of pocket, even if it is work-related.
Your promotion is 90% or more based on your boss's decision. 10% or less is based on feedback that you received from people you have worked with and colleagues. Even if you think you have contributed a lot, and your boss does not appreciate it, you are not getting a promotion.
