Software Engineer Interview Experience - Bellevue, Washington
Process
After a video interview, two weeks later they set an onsite interview. It consisted of two technical and two behavioral interviews.
The interviews were easy, but I wasn't prepared and was very nervous. One of the interviewers was awkward and serious, looking down at me at first. Perhaps he had just woken up on the wrong side of the bed, but it made a difference for the rest of the interviews.
I never received feedback or a rejection email from the company, so obviously I wasn't selected. A rejection email is the least I would expect from a company this size.
