I received an email from a recruiter who tried to lowball me right away. I figured I would go through with the interview anyway, since the name is well known.
I was first given phone interviews. The first one was very basic; the manager didn't seem to know much about technology. The second call was from a contractor (yes, a contractor). I got a feeling they outsource a lot here.
After I got through those two, I was called in for a face-to-face interview with the team. No real programming questions were asked. The focus was on logic questions, like the perfect number and round man/whole type questions. They watched me as I tried to complete them. I completed it as I would program it, and they told me they wanted it to be completed as a math question. I was also asked why I didn't wear a coat and tie.
Needed to come up with a perfect number algorithm (not in code).
