Recruitment Process:

  1. First LeetCode-style technical interview
  2. Interview with the recruiter
  3. Interview with the manager
  4. Second technical interview (also LeetCode) — exercise passed, but I was ultimately told that the position targeted a profile with more than 5 years of experience, whereas the advertisement mentioned a minimum of 2 years
  5. Final interview focused on company values and culture

Feedback:

Unfortunately, after these five interviews, I received no feedback despite several follow-ups. I discovered on my own through the candidate portal that my application had not been selected.

It’s a shame, because the process was well-structured initially, but the lack of final communication leaves an unprofessional impression.
