Pros: People are generally well-meaning. They have good work-life balance and work on a fun product.
Cons: Lots of layoffs and reorgs are leaving teams confused, and product alignment is a mess. It's hard to unite on a vision, things keep changing, and getting some simple tasks done takes a million years.
