Process
I am very confused. It was a standard interview process, but the company is leading me on.
I applied online and went through an HR phone call and an online assessment. Then, the recruiter told me they needed to schedule a final interview, which has never been set up.
I reached out to see if I was maybe rejected, but the recruiter consistently reached out and still says I am in the applicant pool and they are waiting to schedule the final rounds.
Truly bizarre.
In my opinion, if it takes longer than three weeks, move on.
