I was interviewed at my college career fair and asked two questions. Later that day, I received an invitation to a one-on-one interview on campus. They said they would get back to me in 3-4 days. True to their word, on the third day, I got a call inviting me to an on-site interview. I had two technical interviews on-site. They contacted me within a week to inform me about the offer. The entire process was smooth and transparent. It was one of the best interview experiences I've had.
