Friendly people. Diverse personalities. Good location.
HR is condescending and treats you like a number. Unfortunately, my manager was new and went straight to HR. Other managers know better, as most people don't get fired; rather, they get warnings and time for reconciliation. Then, if all fails, they get terminated.
Work socials feel compulsory, as it helps bond teams. But isn't that what work is for? I've noticed that they spend more time with colleagues than with people outside of work.
Not a good place for work-life balance, it definitely consumes you.
Have more time with your family and friends outside of work, not work colleagues. You will find you can't relax because you might say something that gets flagged, even when out of hours.
