Pros

Required incredibly little effort. Rapid interview process. Very high pay.

Cons

Team members will remain strangers if you work remote.

Most people are there to sit back and get paid; they don't care about the vision.

Following "orders" is placed on a pedestal over critical thinking. You will not be rewarded for pointing out areas to improve.

Advice to Management

There was a clear lack of communication between directors and managers, with little alignment on vision and expectations. It seemed like all "leaders" were people who just stayed employed there longer than others. Any effort to create culture for remote workers would have also been appreciated.
