In a world that is changing rapidly and a market that continuously balances the scale towards remote work, I humbly believe that there should be more alternatives to on-site and hybrid modes. For example, there could be an option for a mandatory X% on-site per year, and the employee would have the flexibility to arrange their time at the office's location accordingly.
