A really good workplace
Good work-life balance. People are nice, with a strong diversity culture too. TC is decent but not as good as the top-tier companies. If there were a tier list, then Expedia would be at T1, not T0. If Expedia offered better TC and career opportunities, then I can see myself working here for a lifetime.
Slow career progression; many talented developers are stuck at a level for many years without getting a promotion. Compensation increases every year are too mild to catch inflation.

Platform Engineer
