I have a really collaborative team. We ate lunch daily together, which really made me feel at home and love coming to work.
I did not have that great of an experience. People don't speak up for fear of losing their job. I would not work here again.
Let people speak up and contribute new ideas. You are paying them for their intelligence as well, not just to be told what to do.
