Good benefits and flexibility with work schedule. Fun company to work for. I like it.
Difficult to advance within the company. Lateral moves don't allow salary increases. Pay seems low compared to similar companies.
I have seen a lot of great people leave Expedia out of frustration from lack of advancement in job title and/or slow growth in pay increases.
