Great perks and WLB, but no direction
WLB Perks IATAN benefits Great managers who actually are people managers, not just techies.
The team doesn't have any direction. I don't know what I'll be working on in the future. There are constant reorgs. The pay could have been better. There's confusion with respect to levels, for example, an SDE2 here is an SDE1 everywhere else.

HackerRank test given. Solved 2 out of 3 questions. One resulted in TLE, but I did not get any response from them. It looks like all the questions needed to be solved. Better luck next time.
