Incompetence among senior management (in technology). Frequent changes of first-line or second-line management. Frequent re-organizations. Very old technology. Micromanagement of technical issues by some senior managers (CTO, VPs, etc.). Limited career growth.
Allow technical experts to make more decisions about technology. Stop dictating.
