• Management and leadership is the worst and not supportive or cooperative.
• They never want people to grow professionally because management only supports their well-known relatives in the company.
• There are too many low performers, and the company is hiring from service-based companies at lower packages these days.

Close all India centres, as all management here is crap and HR is useless. Fire the old management team whose tenure has been greater than 3 years. We require fresh talent and a good management team who cannot influence much, because they think they are the oldest members in the company and misuse their powers as the oldest members in the Gurgaon office.
