As an expert in the Travel domain, there are still few talented people to work with.
401K sucks. Bonus, stocks, and pay are very average for a tech company over 20 years old. Not many travel perks either. There's no growth mindset for people to grow in the company. Hope to see change under new leadership, but I need to wait and watch.
