Very good facilities (breakfast, lunch, dinner, cab, etc.). Junior level employees are very knowledgeable, supportive, and humble.
I worked for 2 years as a contractor. Middle-level and management just played politics. If you are a contractor, you will be used to justify their mistakes. If they are not clear about what they want, you will be the victim of their frustration (if you are a contractor). They never differentiate contractors and full-time employees in facilities, but in work, my experience was not good.
