Pros

Food, cabs, benefits, open to change internally.

Cons

Technical leadership roles are given to those who are not technical enough, but from product backgrounds, just because they have been with the company for a long time. There are many examples of this.

Favoritism has taken over, which was not present earlier.

There's groupism within a single team.

The single responsibility principle is now applicable, with only one person given full responsibility.

There is no stable LT.

Good people are leaving.

The hiring process is also not up to the standards now.

I can keep going with this.

Advice to Management

A panel should decide whether someone should be given a leadership position, and not only one or two members to decide.

A full process should be laid out.

Hire more stable folks in the company.

For God's sake, remove expweb now; it's 2020 out there.
