Work with bright people.
My manager is a very nice chap.
Pay lags industry, though it isn't terrible.
Senior management is running the company into the ground.
I used to love my job. This company ruined that.
Where is the leadership? I mean an actual leader, not some suit with a title. LEAD this flipping company already.
No one wants to make hard decisions. No one is willing to plant their feet and say, "This is the way the company is going." We launch hugely ambitious projects and then crap the bed halfway through. Our execution sucks.
