Too much love for cool tech and management process.
Call with recruiter, followed by a HackerRank assessment which I cleared. Then an onsite interview. The company did not even pay for ground transportation for the onsite. The onsite comprised of four 1-hour rounds. Two of these were coding rounds fea
The process started with an email from the hiring manager on a Sunday night (which felt unusual) requesting a technical phone chat. It's worth noting this occurred before any behavioral interview to assess cultural fit. That initial chat went well.
Very smooth. After finishing the OA, there was only one 2-hour back-to-back final round. The interview consisted of one technical coding interview and one behavioral interview. Coding questions were all easy-level LeetCode problems.
