It was a fun place to work in until the end of 2019.
- Management keeps shifting its priorities.
- You could literally wake up and find yourself working with a different team as a result of a reorg (happened to me).
- Not financially safe given the latest layoff wave (happened before COVID-19).
- Although they advertise for the “work-life balance” benefit, the Chairman makes public remarks that the company has an “all-life-no-work” situation. It makes you feel unvalued.
- No CEO, no CFO currently (for about a year now).
Stop shifting your priorities.
Focus on having more innovative ways to get back into competition instead of figuring out your LT board. It's taking too long.
