Pros
  1. Up to 4+ weeks of travel per year. Salary is better than non-tech jobs. It could be a pro or con, but you could call out sick whenever you wanted and take a day off.
Cons

Terrible management, vastly disjointed teams. My manager literally said, "It's your job to make your manager look good." Nobody cares about anything except more money and revenue. Systems were always breaking because of this and that. Impossible to gain a meaningful increase if you started too low. Many people are coming in and out, inheriting messes, and leaving half-finished work. Egos are through the roof.

Advice to Management

Quit.
