When things are going well, the WLB here is great, but it really depends on the team. If you're close to a profit center, obviously you'll be safe, but the further you are from that, the more your job could be in jeopardy.
There is a certain group of people here who consistently end up as managers. Culturally, they have an attitude of being overdemanding and overworking their subordinates. If you find yourself on a team with a manager like this, either switch teams or start interviewing again.
