The culture imposes leftist principles and beliefs on employees. The influence is now complete with propaganda-feeding leftist news articles displayed on new screens in every elevator. I don't consider myself particularly right-winged; I just consider any form of political influence from an employer to be an intrusion.
Seek out a culture which truly values a work-life balance. There's a reason employees are dropping like flies from this department. Many have even knowingly left for jobs at Amazon because they said that they worked less and felt less work pressure at Amazon. To anyone who knows Amazon's work culture, this should make a clear statement.
