A lot of monopoly from the Gurgaon office. No decision-making capacity for the Bangalore office. Everything is governed and executed from Gurgaon. A lot of politics and visibility wars in most of the teams in Bangalore. No travel opportunities for folks in Bangalore.
Trust the Bangalore office and hire managers and directors for this location. Give an equal share of importance to the Bangalore office, too.
