Work can be interesting, and if you're motivated, you can work on fun problems. Plenty of room for career growth if you're planning to stay a long time.
Lots of reorgs, a vision that's not that inspiring.
Coordination across teams is messy, and there are lots of silos, but there's effort to stop that. However, habits live on.
