I recently joined Expedia, and there is just one thing I would like to request: Please, please increase your hiring level.
You often end up selecting such fools, and I feel this is the biggest drawback because they end up doing nothing in the company and only fool around.
By having such fools around, the people who are good will also leave the company in the coming future because no one wants to be in the vicinity of such fools.
I again would request you to increase your hiring standards.
