Pros
  1. Good opportunities to learn and grow.
  2. Employee-friendly policies and the services provided by the company are by far the best in NCR.
  3. New technologies and frameworks are being encapsulated to enhance the existing architecture.
  4. Nice working culture with work-from-home facilities.
Cons
  1. Differentiation with respect to work with agency contractors and vendors.

  2. The resources from the agencies are brought into Expedia with false agreements. Neither Expedia nor Partners disclose the nature of employment with the individual, and generally, they are short-termed. Candidates are notified in the last week.

  3. The leadership connects with agents from different partners and tries to negotiate a good deal for experienced candidates.

  4. Don't join unless you are on roll, irrespective of whichever partner it is.

Advice to Management

Please run some scrutiny checks over teams having a majority of partner resources, which indirectly benefits the leadership, as it's a commission-based model with the partners.

Analyze the sudden changes in teams where on-roll positions gradually increased compared to partners (this could be due to conflicts with agents) and take appropriate action.
