- Awesome mentor program.
- Great benefits and compensation.
- Open to open-source technology.
- Caring Day and Volunteer Day are good.
- Management is in chaos, with frequent reorganizations.
- Promotions are not fair.
- Some teams are very pushy, and work-life balance in these teams is a nightmare.
- Tech infrastructure is not stable.
Please do keep good work culture. Do everything to keep top talent instead of keeping those tricky employees.
