I appreciate the hybrid work (you have to go 50% of the time into the office) and nice perks. We know that the salary is very good for Italian standards in software development jobs.

Work-life balance is fine, even if in some teams there may be requests to be on-call during non-working hours (how often and how long depends on the team and which projects they are working on at the moment).

We had several re-orgs, and overall process and quality have suffered from this. We have seen several rounds of layoffs happening worldwide, as they happened in several big tech companies in the recent period. It is stressful.
