Great company with bad leadership
Fancy office, work flexibility. That's it. There is no other thing which can be considered as pros.
Worst leadership, highly controlled by the CTO. Too many re-orgs, sudden layoffs, no salary increments, and there is no fair or transparent policy related to career growth. The CTO single-handedly destroyed and created a message in the organization.
Change the whole leadership and give some raise to the deserving employees.
