There are many events and workshops for interns. You get a buddy who is close in level/age, and a pretty good team matching process where you have a lot of say in your interests.
Some teams move slow and use old tech.
Some interns, including myself, said their project and manager were disorganized.
Need to make sure managers are being involved with interns.
The interview process includes: * Two rounds of online assessments (one technical and one behavioral). * Two one-hour online technical interviews back-to-back. (Technical interviews primarily focus on DSA with a behavioral question at the end.)
We had to go through a HackerRank test which lasted 1.5-2 hours, a few video interviews (technical and behavioural) and another 1-1 video interview with a technology director and a senior software developer. Overall, the experience was positive.
Reasonably difficult. The interviewer didn't allow me the space to express my ideas and was very rigid.
